A founding member of CORTxT, Inc. Mr. Johnson was a Founder, Board Member and Executive VP of SmartSynch, Inc, a leading provider of Wireless SmartMeter and SmartGrid Products, Software and Services to Fortune 500 Utilities in the US. Mr. Johnson is also the author or co-author of a number of CORTxT® patents.
Perry LaForge - Director
Mr. LaForge is an electrical engineer, MBA and the Founder, Executive Director and Chairman of the CDMA Development Group (CDG). The CDG is a trade association comprised of over 110 of the world's leading wireless providers and manufacturers which employ CDMA technology. Mr. LaForge has extensive contacts and experience working with start up and technology companies throughout the telecom industry.
Ryan Jones - Engineering Advisor and Director
Mr. Jones is an electrical engineer, MBA and brings twelve years of mobile handset, mobile network and consumer market sales and marketing experience to CORTxT®. Mr. Jones is the co-author of a number of CORTxT® patents.
Richard Jones - Director
Mr. Jones has been an investor and director in a number of technology based startup companies for over 20 years. Mr. Jones oversaw the sale and merger of Commonwealth Seager Group, of which he has a senior partner to Corrpro Companies, a NYSE listed company. Mr. Jones has a BSc Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.

Erik Solbakken - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Solbakken is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA from the University of Victoria, Victoria, BC, Canada. He has over 23 years’ experience in public practice including 10 years as a partner in a Canadian CA firm providing auditing, tax and accounting services. Mr. Solbakken subsequently founded his own CA firm Solbakken | Chartered Accountants which specializes in corporate business clientele.
Dane Blackwell - Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Blackwell is formerly the vice-president of software development at SmartSynch, Inc (SSI). Mr. Blackwell oversaw SSI's system implementation of custom wireless AMR systems at major energy utilities including, Florida Power and Light, Boston Edison, Portland Gas & Electric, City of Anaheim, Southern California Edison, and City of Los Angeles. Mr. Blackwell is the co-author of a number of CORTxT® patents.
